Strategic Leadership Retreat - Accra Ghana

The Strategic Leadership Retreat was held from February 17th to 21st, 2025, at the Pentecost Convention Center (PCC) in Kasoa, Ghana. This high-level gathering provided an opportunity for Harvest Intercontinental Ministries Unlimited (HIM-U) leaders to step away from daily operations and focus on critical areas essential to the organization’s growth, doctrinal unity, financial sustainability, and leadership development. Guided by the Presiding Bishop’s vision casting, the retreat centered on four core priorities: Doctrine, Church Growth & Church Planting, the Educational Mandate, and Next Generation Leaders. Through reflection, in-depth discussions, and a participatory approach, leadership engaged in strategic discussions to align objectives, develop actionable strategies, and reinforce HIM-U’s impact in service to the Kingdom. The retreat not only strengthened unity among leaders but also served as a pivotal platform for assessing and enhancing HIM-U’s mission effectiveness, ensuring long-term growth and sustainability.
